AI slop and a vicious killing caught on a convenience store surveillance camera draws the attention of Agents of the Delta Green Outlaws to Phoenix, Arizona, where they'll brush up against their counterparts in the official Program while chasing down a technological horror birthed by a March Technologies subsidiary.
